This is a database of maintenance expenses for Madison Towne Centre. These records were transcribed manually from invoice records kept by the treasurer. Nore that this information is not intended for accounting purposes. Due to the possibility of unrecorded invoices, or transcription errors, this database is not guaranteed to be a completely accurate maintenance history. It's likely the actual expenses are higher than listed here.

This information is intended to provide a ballpark figure of village maintenance costs. If you detect any errors or omissions in this database, please report them to the webmaster.

Note that the village expenses listed here are maintenance expenses, not operational expenses. Thus, they are not included in the annual budget. Money to pay for these repairs comes out of the difference between the village's dues (and special assessments if necessary) income and the operational costs. Each village pays for its own maintenance; these expenses are not shared between villages.

Currently, the records in this database consist of maintenance expenses from the 2007-2008 fiscal year, plus some from Stone Meadow and Waters Edge from 2001 through early 2004. More records will be added as they become available, and the author has time to type them in.
