Madison Towne Centre (MTC) is an incorporated, non-profit condominium association in Madison, Alabama. MTC consists of three villages: Millstone/Brookstone (71 patio homes), Stone Meadow (56 townhouses), and Waters Edge (184 condos in 23 buildings). Each village contains units of different styles and sizes.

MTC is located on Old Madison Pike near the intersection of Hughes Road.
