If you would like to rent either the clubhouse or the pool pavilion, please contact MTC.

The rental fee for either the club house or pool pavilion is $40.

Renters are required to sign this rental contract. It states that a damage deposit of $100 is required. This deposit is refunded only if the facility is cleaned after the event, and all furniture and accessories are returned to their original positions. Note that the clubhouse must be cleaned by noon on the day following the event.
