Madison Towne Centre Clubhouse Rental

If you would like to rent the clubhouse, please contact MTC.

The rental fee for the club house is $100, plus a damage deposit of $150.

The damage deposit is refunded only if the facility is cleaned after the event, and all furniture and accessories are returned to their original positions. The clubhouse must be cleaned by noon on the day following the event.
