Madison Towne Centre (MTC) is governed by a volunteer board of directors with day-to-day management delegated to Executive Real Estate Management, Inc. (EREM).

The EREM management company should be contacted first for any MTC issues.

MTC contracts with AppFolio for dues collection and other services. HOA announcements and other official communications are sent through AppFolio. Communications records are maintained indefinitely in AppFolio and can be retrieved by owners via the AppFolio web portal or mobile app.

If you own a unit in MTC and do not have an AppFolio account, please send a request for enrollment to manager@ereminc.com with your address and full name. Once ownership is verified you will be sent a sign up email.

If you are a Facebook user and own or reside in MTC, then you may wish to join the unofficial Madison Towne Centre Facebook group. Note that the Facebook group is simply a community forum and not part of the HOA. All official communications are done through AppFolio.
