The Madison Towne Centre Condominium Association is covered by a master insurance policy through Travelers. This includes general liability, casualty and crime.

Madison Towne Centre homeowners should still have individual insurance policies for the interior of the unit, personal belongings, loss assessment coverage, any other coverage you/your agent deem appropriate.
