Madison Towne Centre House Rules

Every homeowner should have a copy of the Madison Towne Centre Declaration of Condominium and By-Laws. These documents are traditionally kept with the unit, and you should have received yours from the previous owner. If you do not have these documents, you can find them on this web site, or obtain new printed copies (for a small fee) by contacting MTC.

Article VIII of the By-Laws gives the Board of Directors authority to adopt rules beyond those spelled out in the Declaration and By-Laws. These are referred to as house rules, and the official list may be obtained from the secretary of the association.

The MTC house rules as of January 2009 are:

  • Fines are issued for garbage set out prior to the evening before scheduled pickup. Improper garbage disposal has been a frequent complaint by residents, and enforcement of our policies is being stepped up. Garbage placed out on the evening prior to scheduled pickup must be inside a latchable garbage bin. Cans must be removed from curb within 24 hours.
  • If you walk pets on the property, you must pick up after them.
  • Don't park on the grass.
  • There is to be NO fishing in the duck pond.
  • Violation of any of these rules may incur a $25 fine.
