Madison Towne Centre House Rules
Every homeowner should have a copy of the Madison Towne Centre Declaration and By-Laws.
These documents are traditionally kept with the unit, and you should have received yours from the
previous owner. If you do not have these documents, you can find them on this web site, or obtain new printed
copies (for a small fee) by contacting MTC.
Here are some basic house rules of the association:
Please be considerate of your neighbors; we all live very close together.
Fines are issued for garbage set out prior to the evening before scheduled pickup.
Improper garbage disposal has been a frequent complaint by residents, and enforcement
our policies is being stepped up.
If you walk pets on the property, remember to pick up after them. Failure to do so may result in
a $25 fine.
No RV, trailers, or boat parking except in the designated storage area.
No alterations to exterior appearance of buildings are permitted without written board approval.
Please don't park on the grass. Our landscaping costs are high enough as it is.
"For Sale" signs and other advertisements are not permitted on common grounds. This includes the
front entrance and the berms along Sunset Blvd.
